Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays
Because our items are made and shipped through a fulfillment partner, there may occasionally be delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vida Playa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
